It deserves its 3 stars. Family-friendly hotel with AMAZING staff. Room with magnificent views of the mountain! For dinner, we went to La Cucina di Alice, it was short walk from the venue.

located in the vibrant area, the hotel offered moderate prices. do recommend this venue for every one when they visit lugano. we were happy to find coop city 800 ft away, where we could eat.
